Ads on social media kept targeting me to go to Dalton’s Farm, and I wasn’t upset about it.
We went in the fall, just me and Beckham, and it was magical… but hot.
When I saw they had a Tulip Farm AND pick your own tulips, I gathered the troops to go! Me and two boys decided to take a trip to Dalton’s Farm, with very empty bellies. The cure? A quick stop at Chik-Fil-A for fries, sammies, and a milkshake for the little one.
When we arrived we parked in a very large green grass field and walked a bit of a way to find that Dalton’s Farm not only has one field of tulips but FOUR. Four separate fields and a very fair crowd for a Friday morning.
It was pretty cold this day, but that didn’t stop Beckham from running around. His eyes were watering from the wind, as were ours. But boy was this a site to see!
The flowers were so vibrant against the gray skies. We had to keep the little one from stomping on the flowers. After teaching him “gentle” quite a few times he finally got the idea.
I said to Tommy, “here! take a photo of me and Beck.” This is what we got. Candid.
And since it was my birthday the following day, I let daddy do all the running around and work. LOL.

They had a pick your own tulip, $1 dollar each. For these extremely fresh tulips and the size of each one, that’s a steal!
After the farm of course, we headed to our favorite family spot: Trouble’s End Brewery. They have the best food and ambiance. Beckham loves their fries. I love their Nashville Hot Eggrolls and this fab crab salad special they had. Tommy loves their burgers!! Win win win.
How else do you keep a toddler occupied when sitting out to eat? By tickling him!
There’s Tomas. Being silly as always.
We finally left and went home to finish the cake that pop-pop got us!
You can’t have a cake without pretty lights! So on the candles and lights went!
We were exhausted from the traveling and eating this day, so we hunkered down shortly after cake! Me and Tommy enjoyed some really good wine after Beck went down for sleep.

A very nice presentation and explanation to your story! Where and when is your next outing? And can I go with you?
Thanks
