In Australia, the first meal of the day is called Brekkie. And we wanted to share with you what we had because it was so delicious and so easy. Probably healthy? Also, a dinosaur joined us: Toast-T (say “toasty”.. get it) Rex.
We wanted to try the Nordic lifestyle this morning while using the Australian term “Brekkie.” Don’t judge! Nordics use a bunch of dark berries in their diets and cheese and obviously a lot of other foods. But the combination of these two on toast came to mind.
We found Toast-T Rex on Amazon and he was delivered in about 2 days max. #happy. My only complaint is if you have a child around, and there is food in the T-Rex spine, your child will try to steal him and run.
